The Inclusion Index will help LVMH achieve its 50/50 goal for gender diversity by 2020. Sephora will be a very active participant in the Inclusion Index, with Sephora staff involved in assessing diversity at Maisons across the group and with our own Ambassadors and Coordinators at head office and the regions accelerating inclusion and diversity within our brand. Greater inclusion and diversity are key components of our twin goals to be the world’s most loved and diverse beauty community and to surprise and delight our clients more than anybody else.







Discover Sephora Winning Together !

Sephora Winning Together was launched in 2015 and is now a core part of the Learning journey of our Leaders.

It is the first Global Sephora Leadership programme, and its aim is to develop Leaders around 3 core concepts:
