Position Overview:

 

The Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager is responsible for driving new key projects to support the business growth objectives, including but not limited to – S&OP, Omni-Channel, Network Transformation, Supply Chain & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Data & Innovation projects and more, collaborating with cross functional regional teams across markets. The role will be overseeing end-to-end of the projects (from transformation strategy to execution).

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and Program Management
  • Responsible for tender writing, project governance and overall risk management of the projects
  • Design & deploy new logistic facilities & planning capabilities with a focus on both retail & e-commerce.
  • Effectively manage resource deployment across multiple priorities, working closely with multiple cross functional teams
  • Ensure that projects are run cost effectively and deliver reliable and capable processes
  • Manage communications internal and external to the project
  • Manage supply chain aspects of end-to-end planning related changes
  • Create a trusting, collaborative, and ethical work environment that positively contributes to employee engagement and retention
  • Proactively seeks and leverages meaningful external relationships and partnerships to identify new opportunities and efficiencies to meet the business needs
  • Leads internal collaboration of teams and/or stakeholders across the enterprise, leveraging a broad range of cross-functional skills and perspectives to create innovative solutions
  • Takes ownership for performance and development of the team (there will be 2 team members reporting to this role).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder in Business or related field
  • Competences / experience in e-commerce will be beneficial
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with either Supply Chain Planning or Logistics experience, preferably in a regional scope
  • Team leadership experience will be preferred
  • The ability to clearly communicate company initiatives, systems, and goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Business minded and results-oriented
  • Able to balance priorities, is resilient, dynamic and driven
  • Ability to drive a team towards decisions in an environment with high levels of ambiguity, complexity
