Sephora UX is part of a regional team based in Singapore. We are responsible for delivering digital experience across 9 markets in South East Asia. The UX team comprises of generalists in both the field of research & design. This provides every designer with an opportunity to get first hand face-to-face time with our customers across the region. These valuable insights are then translated to actionable design solutions that help us craft a seamless Sephora journey for all our customers.

- Working on initiatives that uses digital technology to enhance experience in Sephora retail store.
- Working closely with UX Squad Lead & Product Manager in delivering project objectives & KPIs.
- Applying strategic thinking to design and deliver delightful end-to-end user-centric experiences.
- Planning & running research, conduct usability tests to identify opportunities for optimising user journeys.
- Incorporating user feedback to iterate design solutions.
- Crafting detailed user flows and experiences be it implementing new features or enhancing the digital journey.
- Delivering design solution in the form of wireframes and prototypes, up to final high fidelity design pixel-perfect design.
- Thriving in an environment with short feedback loops for iterations.
- Measuring the impact of a design solution by setting the right success KPIs and metrics.
- Understanding the importance of striking a balance between user needs, business goals and technological realities across different platforms.
- Working with small multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to achieve business goals and drive the search for elegant yet intuitive solutions to design challenges.
- Developing and maintaining documentation of guidelines and styles.
- Clearly communicating solutions, usually in the form of documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and workshops.
