Product Manager

Sephora is the leading omni-channel retailer in South East Asia (SEA). Sephora Digital’s Technology team builds products that power our business across SEA & Oceania. We design features, build clean, secure and highly scalable systems for our multi-tenant in-house e-commerce engine. We thrive to deliver engaging and seamless customer experience to our beloved customers across 20+ countries and counting, and ensure that our online store remains our flagship in South East Asia.
 
We are looking for a Product Manager for the Discovery team. The Product Manager is responsible for building features to maximise product and content discovery on our website & apps. This includes functional areas such as homepage, product listing pages, campaign pages, site search,  product recommendations, and integration with 3rd party content providers. 
 
As a Product Manager, you will lead the discovery of user problems by partnering with UX designers and business stakeholders. You will define and prioritize initiatives to improve domain KPIs and work with the engineering team to create positive customer experiences. Your main stakeholders are E-commerce and Country teams. This role will be reporting to the E-commerce Product Lead of Sephora SEA.

•    Understand the product, the business objectives, user behaviour, competitor landscape to identify and propose product initiatives and optimizations that will impact KPIs
•    Own the discovery process for user problems in this domain
•    Become a domain expert in navigation and findability tools
•    Maintain and drive the roadmap initiatives
•    Manage and prioritize feature requests from business stakeholders across SEA/Oceania
•    Work with business stakeholders to define & measure success metrics 
•    Partner with technical leads on defining solutions and delivery timelines
•    Capture requirements and document them in epics and user stories
•    Work closely with UI/UX team to deliver great user experience
•    Leverage data and A/B Testing to validate hypotheses
•    Monitor domain KPIs and health, and proactively develops recovery plans
•    Quantify revenue impact of the squad
•    Work closely with the Product Management team to ensure synergies between the Discovery roadmap and the overall product roadmap
•    Contribute to the development of Product Management best practices; assist roadmap prioritization and project management process improvements
  
We would love to hear from you if you have…
 
•    2+ years experience in Product Management
•    2+ years of e-commerce experience
•    Some experience in creating product roadmap
•    Prior experience in project management
•    Passionate about user experience and loyalty domain
•    A track record of building and launching digital products
•    Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams
•    Some experience in agile and scrum software development methodologies, agile product management tools (e.g. Jira) and knowledge in agile user story writing
•    You are analytical, passionate about technology and an excellent communicator. You are also ambitious, a self-starter, outgoing, energetic, friendly and open minded.  You are comfortable policing deadlines and driving outcomes.
