Associate Product Manager

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager in the Product Management team for Sephora digital platform in SEA and Oceania. You will work on prioritizing and building product features for our platform and mobile apps. This role will report to the Ecommerce Product Lead of Sephora SEA.


As an Associate Product Manager, you will partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, work with the engineering team to define scope and drive delivery, work with UI/UX team to deliver seamless customer experience, define KPIs and measure success, and communicate and align roadmap deliverables across the organization. You will work closely with other PMs to align on product requirements and delivery timeline.

  • Managing product enhancements and roadmap initiatives
  • Defining product requirements, user stories and product success metrics 
  • Partnering with user research/UX team to identify customer needs and coordinate with engineering to deliver functional solutions including problem discovery, solution validation, sprint planning, development tracking and production rollout
  • Leveraging quantitative data and A/B tests  to validate hypotheses
  • Aligning with stakeholders on scope and success metrics, and measure performance
  • Suggesting product enhancements and optimizations that contribute to company’s goals
  • Working closely with the Product Management team to ensure synergies between squad roadmaps and the overall product roadmaps

We would love to hear from you if have…



  • 1-2+ years experience in Product Management
  • Experience with gathering requirements and writing user stories
  • Prior experience building features for consumer facing mobile apps
  • Passion for user experience & latest technology trends
  • Some experience in agile / scrum software development methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams
  • Analytical skills, passionate about technology and an excellent communicator. You are also ambitious, a self-starter, outgoing, energetic, friendly and open minded. You are comfortable policing deadlines, and driving outcomes, and you’ll do it in a way that makes people grateful you are there.
