Senior Manager, IT services and Digital Workplace, Asia

As Asia Digital Workplace leader, you will lead a team of service managers and engineers and own the modern digital workplace services for Sephora offices and stores across 10 countries.

Strategic Vision: 

  • Lead the team to design and build modern workplace landscape for Sephora Asia users, Influence business and IT stakeholders on the choice of the technologies and drive adoption.  

  • Provide direction and act SME in the digital workplace domain topics to your team and wider Sephora Tech teams. 

 

Technology Adoption:  

  • Lead the digital workplace engineering team to drive technology adoption of new or expansion of end user technologies to Sephora employees in offices and stores.

  • Recommend best solution and get buy ins from stakeholders, technology, or implementation methodology, to drive digital transformation journey.

  • Define technology roadmap of workplace solutions and roll out solutions ensuring quality change management, high adoption rates and end user satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies

 

Service Management: 

  • Manage full lifecycle of workplace technology solutions from ideation to run.

  • Take ownership of the technical issues and act as liaison between Sephora Global, LVMH, Technology vendors and local IT/users to drive resolution from end to end. 

  • Make sure that workplace solutions are running seamlessly with proper governance and control.

 

People Management: Lead and inspire the team to deliver ambitious objectives, making sure every individual is fully engaged, understands their role, and aligned on what success looks like.

 

Vendor Management: Partner with vendors chosen for various solutions and drive digital workplace solution excellence by closely monitor various vendor performance.

 

Budget Management: Owns the TCO of every workplace solution, makes sure the value of the investment is maximized. In charge of managing budgets,  software, hardware and services.


We would love to hear from you if you...

 

  • Have a minimum 10 years of experience leading a team of service managers, engineers and vendors to provide end user services to a dynamic environment across different countries.

  • Have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills.

  • Have in depth knowledge within the End User Computing and Workplace technologies:

  • Productivity and Collaboration Tools, i.e. M365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Sharepoint), 

  • Operating Systems and Endpoint Devices – Windows, Mac, iOS devices, images and policies.

  • Mobile Device Management - Intune, WorkspaceOne, SCCM

  • Meeting Technology – Zoom, Neat, Cisco

  • Microsoft technologies such as AD, Azure AD, Windows.

  • Have adjacent knowledge in managing the Infrastructure area, Cloud Hosting (Azure, GCP, Alibaba), Networks and security solutions.

  • Have experience in driving large scale workplace projects, familiar with project management, change management process and stakeholder management.

  • Have experience managing full technology lifecycle including “run”, ITIL experience preferred.

  • Mandarin is preferred as this role with work closely with counter parts from China.
