Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

Senior Executive, Performance Marketing

 

The Growth Marketing Team is a dynamic, passionate, and innovative group of digital enthusiasts, who are responsible for shaping and delivering Sephora’s digital presence and performance. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves in always taking a data-centric approach to decision-making. 

 

As a Performance Marketing Senior Executive, you will own the decision, deployment, optimisation, and analysis of paid campaigns on measurable marketing channels. With Sephora’s ambitions in Asia, and the combined strength of retail & digital channels, this role represents an exciting opportunity to develop and own performance marketing strategy for the marketing. You will look after the Malaysia and Hong Kong markets, across multiple channels such as Google, Facebook, TikTok and more.

  • Having the full ownership of strategy and execution of paid campaign strategy including budget planning, optimizing, testing, reporting etc with the goal of driving revenue as well as customer acquisition 
  • Working closely with local, regional marketing teams, partner brands and other internal teams (i.e.: Ecommerce, Design, Production, Onsite, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data, Merchandising) to drive commercial campaigns 
  • Working closely with dedicated teams at vendors (Google, Facebook, Affiliates etc) to ensure digital practices are in place for optimal account performances 
  • Using data extensively to drive efficiencies in performance marketing (using Big Query, Google Analytics, Appsflyer data etc) 
  • Providing analytical solutions to improve decision-making on various channels 
  • Identifying and exploring innovative ways to drive performance through continuous tests and experiments of ad formats, mechanics, targeting and user funnels etc

 

We would love to hear from you if are/have…

  • At least 2-3 years of proven and hands-on Performance Marketing experience in Ecommerce, with a track record of driving revenue and growth 
  • Knowledge and experience working on platforms like Google and Facebook is a must, other platforms like Affiliates (Impact), TikTok, or Martech tools are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop influential and collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders 
  • Analytical and comfortable with numbers, with the ability to gather actionable insights and make strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in SQL/Big Query or Javascript is a plus
