The opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated analyst to join our Regional Marketing Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis with a passion for understanding consumer behaviors and preferences in the beauty industry. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and strategies to enhance our Sephora SEA’s marketing efforts. Your work will contribute directly to improving our marketing strategies, customer targeting, and overall business growth.

Data Analysis

  • Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting not only our CRM data but also market research data to identify trends, consumer behavior change, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategy.

  • Gather, clean, and organize data from our CRM systems

  • Create compelling data dashboards to be shared across the wider teams


Market Research

  • Manage large-scale market research projects with the help of 3rd party agencies

  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather insights


Reporting and Presentation

  • Create and deliver regular reports and presentations that communicate marketing performance, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders

Segmentation and Targeting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target customer segments based on data analysis and market research

  • Assist in creating personalized and targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific customer segments


We would love to hear from you if you have…

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field. 

  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) and database querying (SQL)

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and DOMO

  • A knowledge of consumer research is an advantage but is not required but you should have an interest and be excited to learn

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business strategies

  • Strong business acumen to understand the needs and the requirements of the stakeholders

  • Flexibility & Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
