Assistant Manager, Marketing & CRM - Franchise Markets

The opportunity:

The Assistant Manager, Marketing & CRM role in the Franchise Team is a generalist role where you will get to work on all different aspects of marketing, namely integrated marketing (activating our regional thematic campaigns & local moments to life across all 360-degree marketing touchpoints - Above the Line (ATL) & Below the Line (BTL), social & community initiatives, data driven loyalty & CRM.). You will also be given the opportunity to be exposed to brand partner marketing which includes new brand launches or partnering on marketing for existing brands.


As part of this role, you will work with two large & growing markets, India & Indonesia, and you will get the unique opportunity to learn about these markets as you travel & work with the teams there, while being based in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):


  • Work with the regional team and our markets to plan, coordinate, execute and track effectiveness of regional thematic campaigns in franchise markets. Ensure these regional campaigns are implemented across all relevant channels with sufficiency of media reach in ATL & BTL and that the execution is on brand.

  • Lead / co-lead regionally-made local thematic campaigns such as Ramadhan and be involved in creation of campaign toolkits for market amplification.

  • Work with markets to ensure other locally led campaigns (e.g., Wedding Season in India or new store openings) are successful on predetermined KPIs.

  • Work with markets and regional teams to plan and coordinate commercial campaigns

  • Work with brand partners, regional and local cross-functional teams in planning and co-creating annual marketing calendar which includes but not limited to market week sessions, newness launches, in-store activations, and sampling

  • Work with brand partners to execute their launches, periodic activations and BAU activities successfully in our Franchise markets across all marketing touchpoints

  • Work with Regional Teams and our markets for a successful run of all our social & community initiatives

  • Work with local supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment of brand-funded products for all marketing activations

  • Be the brand custodian in our Franchise markets



  • Work with Regional Loyalty and CRM Teams and our markets to ensure that CRM activations are relevant to local markets and at the same time scalable regionally.

  • Analyze data to understand customer behavior, journey, cohorts and its impact on CRM, marketing ROI & achievement of KPIs

  • Work on launching strategic initiatives like new CRM platform   

  • Gather best practices from the region and enrich the markets with relevant learnings 

  • Support key CRM activities when required

  • Represent our markets in all regional conversations as appropriate 



  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or Analytics with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in B2C marketing across brand marketing, trade marketing, social, or loyalty & CRM, or any other sub-function.

  • Prior experience working in the retail, beauty or related industries would be an added advantage.

  • Prior experience working with India or Indonesia market would be advantageous. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Proficiency in SQL & Photoshop would be advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

  • Able to work in team and independently

  • Open to travel
