Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

Sephora SEAO is looking to hire a Regional Assistant Manager, Negotiation Team to strengthen its capabilities, implement new processes and establish the Demand Planning team as a top performing team at Sephora.

Inventory Analysis and Return Opportunity Identification
- Actively review Inventory holdings (active, excess, discontinued stocks) across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand to identify return opportunities for unhealthy stocks.
- Factor in Commercial variables such as store openings, promotions, animations, seasonality, trends and products lifecycle.
- Review the Annual Return to Vendor (RTV) calendar to prioritize key brands to achieve regional Depreciation targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Planning Team to align on return proposals and formulate joint inventory reduction plans (including markdown operations and vendor returns) with Brands and Regional Category Managers to minimize aging stock.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis on the status of RTV operations across the entire SEA region
Return to Vendor Negotiation and Cross-functional coordination
- Lead Return to Vendor (RTV) negotiations with external brand partners to finalize returns agreements and/or action plans.
- Partner with Local Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure seamless and timely physical execution of finalized returns.
- Foster robust communication channels between internal departments and external brand partners to ensure returns are completed.
- Defines action plans to improve processes, methods and tools, and monitor their implementation.

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…
- Bachelor degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; VBA, Power BI, and SAP experience are advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, organised, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Demonstrates ownership, initiative, continuous improvement, and a client-centric mindset.
Location
- Based in Singapore with minimal travel within SEA
