DAUGHTERS OF TOMORROW
Sephora stands by its ethos to encourage bold choices in beauty and in life.
In conjunction with Sephora Singapore’s 10th anniversary in 2018, we joined hands with women’s charity, Daughters Of Tomorrow (DOT) to give back to society. Daughters of Tomorrow is a registered charity organisation with IPC (Institutions of a Public Character) status in Singapore whose mission is to facilitate livelihood opportunities for underprivileged women, and to empower them in building financially independent and resilient families.
Staying true to the Sephora DNA, we seek to inspire fearlessness in people’s lives. Part of this collaboration sees our teams conducting job tours for DOT beneficiaries at 3 of our participating stores, where they learnt more about Sephora and our retail operations. Through this partnership over the years, we are proud to have welcomed DOT beneficiaries into the Sephora Family – who have joined us as Beauty Advisors!
Child-Minding Program
DOT facilitates training workshop to empower their beneficiaries with valuable life skills and confidence to enable them in their employment journey. Sephora Singapore, with the help of our wonderful volunteers, contributed to this programme by hosting child-minding sessions at our office premise so that the ladies are able to attend the workshops with ease of mind.
Sephora Collection Lipstories Shade #22
Sephora Singapore has also committed to donating all proceeds from the sale of ‘Sephora Collection Lipstories Shade #22’ to Daughters Of Tomorrow, to aid their cause. This is a limited-edition lipstick encased in an eco-friendly packaging – green and sustainable, yet glamorous. The Sephora Collection Lipstories Shade #22 is available across all Sephora stores island-wide, on Sephora.sg, as well as on the Sephora Singapore mobile app.
