Are you our new Benefit BrowBar Expert in Stockholm? (full time temp. position)
Benefit Cosmetics are looking for a BrowBar Expert to join our team in the Sephora store at Biblioteksgatan.

With a double dose of creativity and know-how, co-founding twin sisters Jean and Jane Ford have taken Benefit from their first San Francisco boutique in 1976 to a worldwide phenomenon-laughing all the way.
As a Benefit Browbar Expert you will drive the service and product sales in store by achieving high standards of service, high sales productivity and converting services into products sales. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Participate actively in Benefit parties to animate the Brow Bar and store
•    Achieve product and service daily sales targets
•    Provide reports on out of stocks and testers or report other store issues
•    Provide reports on retail productivity and performance by store
•    Achieve appointment, drop-in and return appointment targets 
•    Complete all relevant trainings in line with company guidelines
•    Achieve customer per day targets
•    Act as an ambassador for both Benefit and Sephora
•    Fluency in English and Swedish
•    Passion for cosmetics
•    Proven sales record
•    Experience in working with cosmetics
•    Experience in shaping eyebrows or working with wax is highly regarded
•    Working in high pressure environment 
•    Exceptional customer service
•    Excellent communication skills 
•    Attention to detail
•    Ability to work well individually and as a team

The position is a temporary fulltime position for minimum 6 month, with the possibility of extension. 
The position will include some weekends and late evenings. Preferred start date is March the 1st 2020.
