Are you a strong self-going Retailer and a People Leader by heart? Are you ready to join Sephora as our new Corner Manager at our store in Magasin Konges Nytorv?

As a Corner Manager at Sephora Konges Nytorv you will be responsible for reaching the targets of the store. It is important that you work structured and are able to keep deadlines, also in busy periods. As a Corner Manager you will coach and motivate your team to make sure that the team always offers the best possible customer service. You are in charge of the daily operations and leadership of the store, where you represent Sephora’s values and are a role model for the Sephora Attitude. You will be reporting directly to the Area Manager in Scandinavia, who will support you in your daily work as well as in your development.  

What you can expect:

• Full time position 37,5 hours per week
• Strategical, operational and a hands on job
• Responsibility for the daily operation of the store and the KPI's / targets

You will shine in this role if:

• You have min. 3 years of retail experience
• You have min. 2 years of leadership experience
• You are structured and driven by results
• You have a customer centric mindset and the passion to offer every client an unique experience
• You are solution oriented 
• You have good communication skills and the capability to influence the team 
• You are passionate about creating a healthy work environment for the staff with focus on their well-being and development
• You have a positive and energetic personality – we work hard, but we also like to have fun at work 
• You are fluent in Danish and English
