As our Fulfilment Centre Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing all fulfilment center activities across all functions including receiving, pick, pack, dispatch, inventory and safety. You will also play a key role in overseeing and optimizing stock movements in the warehouse with customer satisfaction being the primary goal.  Get ready to think creatively, work strategically, and make your mark at a leading global retailer. 
You'll shine here if you enjoy: 

•    Developing team members through coaching and feedback. You will partner with the Fulfilment Centre Manager to manage day to day team performance and activities. You’ll also take pride in planning and monitoring staffing requirements to ensure productivity, profitability and high service levels to clients 
•    Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials. You like to ensure inventory levels or supplies and packaging materials are of suitable levels and like to maintain appropriate records and documentation and facilitate stock transfer across the supply chain network to optimize stock levels and availability. 
•    Providing insights and suggestions to optimize day-to-day operations to achieve process, cost and productivity efficiencies. You’ll also investigate customer concerns or quality issues competently and in a timely manner. 
We would love to hear from you if: 
•    Have 5+ years’ experience within Supply Chain/Retail/Logistics
•    Have 3+ years’ experience within a Warehouse or Fulfillment Centre
•    Have demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS system 
•    Have knowledge around Dangerous Goods Management including documentation and storage 
•    You have strong emotional intelligence, communicational skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
