You'll shine here if you enjoy:

• Delivering sound HR advice and guidance. Provide timely, accurate and best practice advice to support managers across all people matters

• Coaching managers on disciplinary and performance management processes. Conduct investigations of formal complaints in the workplace and resolve grievances in the shortest possible time frame and with minimum disruption to the workplace.   
• Driving local and regional HR projects. Create and execute all local and regional organisational projects and key events including DEI initiatives and cyclical people programs.
• Managing recruitment for select retail roles. Deliver on end-to-end recruitment activities with a focus on candidate care and best practice approaches you’ll also provide hands on support for contract generation, onboarding and offboarding.
• Actively supporting NZ payroll and ensuring all compliance activities and requirements are managed. You’ll have a strong ability to work on and maintain multiple people related systems as well as producing analytics and insights and partake in necessary internal audits.

We would love to hear from you if:

• You’re tertiary qualified in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• You have proven experience in a HR operational role with proven business partnering skills
• You have experience in payroll administration.
• You have a working knowledge of current NZ employment legislation
• You have experience working in a fast paced retail, beauty and/or FMCG industry
• You can operate with discretion and understand the need for confidentiality.
• You are a self-starter who is comfortable to work autonomously but also willing to help the wider ANZ team as required
• You have a high level of attention to detail
• You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships and influence team members at all levels
