New managers are armed with tools and skills to effectively manage their teams through the Sephora New Manager Programme.   Current leaders continue to sharpen their leadership skills through frameworks, discussions and simulations in the Sephora Leading Together Programme.

At Sephora, we truly value innovation. We constantly seek ways to improve our Tech ecosystem through engaging demo sessions where teams are given the stage to try novel ideas and share their works during the Internal Hackathons.

Our employees also have the opportunity to participate in the LVMH DARE (Disrupt, Act, Risk to be an Entrepreneur) – a forum where employees across the LVMH Group pitch their ideas to a jury of LVMH top executives.
