Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit a Senior Executive, Training.

Being responsible in assisting the Training Manager in developing and training front liners to provide consistent, high standard customer experience as well as growing new talent.


Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  • Ensuring overall effective execution of training & development programs, plans and strategies to meet company’s objectives.
  • Collaborating and communicating with brand partners on all training plans and schedules, run contests for new launches while providing effective training that supports cast members’ development.
  • Ensuring cast members deliver high retail service standards through Sephora Experience training and participating in Mystery Shopping program.
  • Conducting post training assessment & monitoring E-Learning progress.
  • Designing and developing course materials to fill in gaps.
  • Collating course feedback and evaluation for future improvements.
  • Preparing certificates for trainees. 
  • Being responsible for training administration tasks such as maintaining training records, submitting claims and keeping track of the training budget.
  • Being responsible to follow up with Field Coach on post-training skill transfer that includes cast member’s performance in terms of product knowledge, customer experience, and selling skills as well as tracking of Master Beauty Advisor and to developing training programs for improvement.
  • Leading, coaching and supporting development of Field Coach.
  • Assisting the Training Manager in training needs analysis and projects to meet business needs.



We would love to hear from you if…


  • You have a Diploma/ Degree qualification with minimum 2 years’ experience in delivering customer service training.
  • You have relevant make-up certification or relevant experience would be an added advantage.
  • You have prior working experience in retail/ hospitality industry.
  • You enjoy working in fast moving environment and able to adapt changes.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You are personable and independent.
  • You are positive, energetic, fun & possess strong passion for beauty and developing others.



Reporting line:

  • Reporting to the Training Manager.
