Its digital activities span over eight countries (retail countries excluding India, plus Philippines).  Sephora SEA has experienced rapid growth in the region with many more stores and countries to come.                        



Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit an Executive, Human Resource.



You will shine here if you enjoy…



  • Driving talent recruitment activities and hiring plans.
  • Supporting employment brand initiatives including Sephora Talent Day, Career Fair, career talks, etc.
  • Building relationships and to be the main point of contact between Sephora and recruitment partners (not limited to recruitment agencies, universities, beauty schools, etc.)
  • Supporting in identifying and selecting key talent for the organization.


Employee Engagement

  • Supporting and/or driving the employee engagement activities lead by HR (e.g.: office get together events, CSR activities, etc.)


HR Reporting

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual headcount report to HQ for tracking of employee turnover, absenteeism, diversity etc.


Office Administration:

  • Ensuring the workplace is safe, clean and well-kept at all times.
  • Ensuring the supply of pantry refreshment, stationery and other office materials / equipment.
  • Managing business travel such air ticketing, accommodation(s) and arranging transportation(s).
  • Assisting with filing, secretarial and others tasks.
  • Maintaining good relationship with external stakeholder such as building management, IT support vendors



We would love to hear from you if…

  • You have a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Management or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • You are fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • You have experience in a fast-moving environment, it would be an advantage.
  • You have an attitude and mindset that is rigorous and meticulous, motivated and autonomous self-starter, organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • You are highly adaptable and flexible to changes, people and procedures and able to work under pressure.
  • You are a people person, enjoy working with others and getting involved across a range of projects & challenges.
  • You have a good sense of humor and the ability to stay calm in a storm.

You will be reporting to the Head of HR & Education.
