Its digital activities span over eight countries (retail countries excluding India, plus Philippines).  Sephora SEA has experienced rapid growth in the region with many more stores and countries to come.       



Sephora Malaysia is looking to recruit an Executive, E-Commerce.


As Sephora continues to grow rapidly in Malaysia, e-commerce has continuously been at the centre of our growth strategy. Commercial campaigns and our digital commerce operations have been instrumental in our digital and omni transformation, and they are the key success elements in our digital commerce performance. The role of the Executive, E-Commerce will be to ensure Sephora digital commerce campaigns and operations to continuously be in the best-in-class position!


As the Executive, E-Commerce, you will take charge of campaign management by fostering a data-driven approach to commercial campaign planning and performance analysis, ensure high standard of campaign operation and communication while integrated with an omnichannel and consumer-centric approach.


Reporting to the Manager, E-Commerce, you will work closely with internal and external key stakeholders as well as the Regional Centre of Excellence team to sustain our growth ambitions.

  • End to end campaigns planning & execution by mastering a test and learn approach.
  • Taking lead of onsite operation and communication to ensure campaigns are executed timely and accurately.
  • Driving business growth for our brand partners by collaborating with brand partnership and category teams.
  • Partnering marketing and/or retail team to maximize support for campaign and omnichannel initiative execution.
  • Being responsible of daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting and to support the Manager, E-Commerce in data analysis and forecasting.
  • Supporting SEA e-commerce project rollouts and other local initiatives.
  • Supporting the last mile processes (end to end Operations, Fulfilment & Customer Service) to ensure the success of order processing, on-time delivery and returns.


We would love to hear from you if…

  1. You have a minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in campaign management, performance marketing, CRM and/or data analytics. Exposure in e-commerce business is highly preferred.
  2. You have a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  3. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Analytics is preferred.
  4. You are strong in project management and planning skills, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  5. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders across the business.
  6. You are innovative and creative – continually looking to drive improvements to campaign or commercial results.
