CDI - Global Enterprise Platform Leader (W/M)

As a member of our Global IT Leadership team, you will be responsible to steer at global level the evolution of the business solutions enabling Supply Chain, Finance and HR processes and operations. Based on an already defined roadmap, you will be specifically involved in governing the transition to a fully global Supply and Finance platform based on S/4 HANA.


He/she will be reporting to the Global Chief Information Officer.



Strategy & Collaboration

  • Leading the evolution of the back-office platform of Sephora at global level managing the prioritization and the road mapping of its evolution with the goals of optimizing the convergence to global technologies and processes.
  • Supporting, together with the Global Enterprise Architect, the back-office delivery center, and the tech back-office regional teams, in shaping the high-level architecture of the platform and its evolution.
  • Identifying opportunities of innovation in back-office technology space partnering with software and service providers.
  • Activate and orchestrate a high-performing team of technology enterprise experts in the company that collaborates and share effectively across different domains and geographies.


Partnering with the Business

  • Working directly with global business platform owners (Supply, Finance, Master Data, HR) and related stakeholders and representatives to manage technology demand and to build with them technology and processes roadmaps and plans.
  • Supporting the business case definitions and evaluations related to initiatives in the back-office area to ensure company extract maximum value from the related initiatives.
  • Engaging with business and technology counterparts, identifying all the potential opportunities to leverage best practices and to converge processes and technologies.


Operations & Process

  • Defining and monitoring governance measures and KPIs related to the implementation of the most relevant initiatives in the area in scope including but not limited to a special focus on the planned global transformation of Supply and Finance processes and technologies to S/4 HANA.
  • Benchmarking best practices, architectures, and models within the Group and outside to identify opportunities to share and to improve our posture on the domain.
  • Driving the evaluation (and the eventual implementation) of a new Global IT Operating model in the area of competence to leverage our scale and best practices across the world.


Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …


  • You have a Business or Engineering school or university equivalent, and a solid experience of a minimum of 15 years in information systems within a company with ambitious projects and sizeable complexity or within main consulting companies;
  • You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience specifically in direct management of leading transformation projects at global level in Supply and Finance areas;
  • You have direct experience of SAP global transformation, with SAP 4/HANA – the consider this a sizeable plus;
  • You are experienced in working with external technology companies;
  • You are a strong communicator and excel at partnering with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and peers;
  • Omni-channel retail experience is a plus;
  • You are fluent in English; French language is a plus.
