Ready for a career glow up? As Senior Manager, Loyalty, Promotions & Sampling, you’ll lead Beauty Insider programming in Canada to help drive our retail and e-commerce business. You’ll connect the dots across local and North American loyalty initiatives, bringing programs like sampling, points, and promotions to life in ways that engage clients and deepen their love for Sephora. With curiosity, creativity, and a data-driven mindset, you’ll turn insights into meaningful experiences for new and existing clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the holistic Beauty Insider programming calendar, including leveraged and local promotions, sampling, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of loyalty partnerships and activations, ensuring seamless delivery from strategy through launch.
  • Analyze promotional performance to inform business decisions and build learning agendas that optimize and evolve programs.
  • Represent Canadian loyalty needs in technology projects, ensuring the right business input, visibility, and subject matter expertise.
  • Oversee sampling strategy and programs in partnership with Inventory, Logistics, Merchandising, E-commerce, and other key teams.
  • Lead the Rewards Bazaar strategy through strong planning, forecasting, cross-functional influence, and partnership.
  • Stay closely connected to industry trends, loyalty programs, and client offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Partner with Analytics to support forecasting and monthly budget reviews, providing promotional benchmarks and inputs for promotion and sampling sales forecasts.
  • Develop reports, evaluate results, and share insights on monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences, including program hindsight and recommendations.
  • Monitor project milestones and timelines, coordinating corrective actions or contingency plans to keep work on track.
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure all Canadian promotional campaigns meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop direct and indirect team members by setting clear goals, supporting career growth, and guiding project and task ownership for three or more direct reports.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics tools
  • Strong technical skills across MS Office, Smartsheet, Tableau, SharePoint, Monday.com, and Ziflow preferred
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • A positive, can-do mindset and a hands-on approach to getting things done
  • A personable, flexible approach that adapts to changing business needs
  • Passion for Sephora, our programs, clients, Beauty Advisors, and marketing
  • Comfort and confidence using digital and AI-enabled tools responsibly in day-to-day work
