WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As the Senior Manager, Demand Planning, you will be responsible for leading the Demand Planning team in driving sales forecast. This includes:

Direct, manage and develop a team of 4 Demand Planners
Responsible for driving sales forecast accuracy by ensuring demand planners are operating efficiently and effectively, including giving guidance on deliverables and best practices
Partner and strategize with Merchandise Planning in consensus process ensuring parity between demand forecasts and OTB projections
Partner with key cross-functional partners to strategize, develop and manage financial plans that support key brand strategies and initiatives
Support and communicate Demand Planning needs to Executive team and cross-functional partners
Serve as the Systems and Demand Planning Process business lead to ensure continuous process and system improvements.
Manage Promotional VIB event strategy, partnering with Merchandise Planning and Allocation to provide just in time inventory while protecting in-stocks
Understand the Inventory Management systems to support team on strategies and business maintenance

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Minimum of 7 years' experience in Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or related field
You have experience coaching and developing a high performing team
You're a problem solver and love finding solutions drawn from your experience and detailed analysis
You’re a strong communicator and understand the importance of bringing your key stakeholders along the journey.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive on building process efficiencies
You're technically savvy in MS Excel and demand and merchandise planning tools
