As Senior Marketing Marketing, you will establish marketing plans using levers that drive sales and grow clients for strategic brand partners within the Skincare category.


Brand Marketing Partner

  • As the marketing lead, own the brand-marketing relationships across 10+ brands
  • Develop a keen understanding of the brands’ businesses, priorities and products
  • Advise brands strategically and tactically on how to win at Sephora from an omni-channel standpoint, including client messaging, creative, advertising, social media and sampling strategy, to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives


Marketing Collaborator

  • Develop strong partnership marketing programs, securing brand participation and co-op funding

  • Analyze and report ROI for collaborative marketing program investments, providing data-driven recommendations that deliver results for both Sephora and the brands
  • Build and maintain annual brand marketing exposure calendars within a continuous planning cycle
  • Manage brand plan execution with excellence, ensuring delivery of all brand activation requirements
  • Find opportunities and build the case for new co-op marketing programs and partnerships
  • Manage brand marketing budget


Cross-Functional Leader

  • Serve as the ‘go-to’ contact for category merchant(s)

  • Build reciprocal partnerships cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization, including various teams across Marketing, Merchandising, DotCA, Education, Planning and Analytics.
  • Partner with our US counterparts to inform, leverage and influence for the Canadian market
  • Play a meaningful role in building and evolving the Brand Marketing service model in Canada
  • Bring plans to life through organized processes and follow-through
  • Provide constructive creative feedback



  • 8+ years of related experience in brand management/marketing in a consumer-facing with a knack for juggling multiple brands at once.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment 

  • Demonstrated omnichannel marketing experience with strong data-driven decision-making that gets results
  • Consistent track record as a creative self-starter with a can-do attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternative solutions/ideas
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with honed presentation confidence to express expertise and point of view in multiple forums and leadership levels
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to drive multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an approachable style and validated ability to form relationships and work effectively in a highly cross-functional team
