<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">The <span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Talent Acquisition Manager<span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office""> will create and own a proactive recruitment structure for the Retail business within Canada.  Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will identify and recruit exceptional talent to facilitate Sephora’s continued success in creating truly inspirational customer experience.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Hiring Top Talent:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Responsible for full-cycle store leadership hiring for a defined region (multi-district)<span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process that delivers an excellent candidate experience.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Support the talent/succession planning strategy by collaborating with HR partners and hiring managers.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Proactively determine any talent gaps in the region and provide a customized recruitment strategy for each district/region.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Make employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews, reference checks, applications and resumes.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Anticipate the Company’s future hiring needs and proactively build relationships with relevant talent.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Provide strategies for sourcing Hard to Fill / Critical Roles for region.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Employer Brand & Diversity and Inclusion:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Build and implement an employer branding strategy to bring to life the culture of Sephora while balancing local needs and customs that helps attract, retain and inspire employees in our retail stores. Implement any employer brand strategies for all retail stores within the scope of the region.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Act as a Sephora brand ambassador and follow up with internal referrals in a timely manner. Ensure the talent acquisition team is representing our values and brand with all interactions with internal and external candidates.

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Oversee New Store Opening career fairs in partnership with the respective District Manager.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Create and update Education Content for field leaders nationally. Partner with Talent Development team to support long-term recruitment education strategy.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Consistently delivering Field Talent Playbook sessions Quarterly for new Store Leaders.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">​​​​​​​<u style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif; font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Strategic Reporting & Other Accountabilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Support field strategy through meaningful metrics and maintaining data integrity
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Perform market research on the talent landscape, maintain a strong grasp of industry trends & competition, and share relevant information with the business.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Lead special projects to enhance overall recruiting process.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Maintain the Talent Acquisition Dashboard and strategic reporting to support the growth of the field.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Partners with other cross functional leaders and brings best practices from global TA/HR partners
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Sephora Sans Office"">Maintain a strong hold on budget for the field talent acquisition team.
