As the Assistant Marketing Manager on the Loyalty Team, you will be responsible for leading the execution and hindsighting of Beauty Insider initiatives for Sephora.ca and retail stores while supporting strategy planning.

  • Design and execute the Beauty Insider program Strategy for Canada by delegating, monitoring, and overseeing delivery of planned objectives.
  • Manage key initiatives from inception to completion from the Beauty Insider strategy such as top tier member experiences and acquisition initiatives that will drive the department KPIs.
  • Communicate strategies and important program updates with cross-functional partners to ensure all teams are executing as planned and are informed of any relevant changes.
  • Review and proof all loyalty creative to ensure requirements are met and details are accurate for the Canadian business.
  • Partner closely with analytics to track department KPIs and execute change in strategy based on the learnings.
  • Partner closely with the US loyalty teams to gather all necessary Beauty Insider updates of key initiatives such as Birthday gift, program collateral, and general program changes. 
  • Cultivate strong partnerships cross-functionally within and outside of the marketing department (including, but not limited to creative, customer service, events, brand marketing, retail marketing, merchandising, promotions, and the retail field team).
  • Manage Rewards Bazaar for the Canadian market, including sourcing rewards from brand partners and redemption reporting.
  • Monitor and champion process; identify process gaps/improvements and implement tools to improve efficiency.
  • Work with vendors to source Tokens of Appreciation (TOAs) for program initiatives; negotiates pricing and respects budget.
  • Ensure consistency of the Beauty Insider branding and image in the Canadian market.



  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of demonstrated loyalty experience and/or project management with cross-functional team management.
  • You’re a demonstrated leader who can make confident decisions.
  • You’re curious, data-driven, and able to prioritize a wide range of demands and tasks.
  • You thrive in an ambiguous environment with your entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You love to build relationships while delivering the quality our clients expect.
  • You’ve mastered the art of communication and presentation.
  • You’re passionate and fearless in all things beauty.
  • You’re technically savvy in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
