As the Manager, Marketing Productions, you will partner with internal teams and external vendors to bring creative visions to life. This position will focus specifically on production, kitting and distribution of printed materials and manufactured merchandisers for in-store retail displays.


  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different business functions
  • Partner with established vendors to produce graphics and merchandisers on time and on budget
  • Be an integral stakeholder in building out the Production team and the vision of the function as we move from a leveraged production model to a completely localized function in Canada
  • Drive cost savings by partnering with vendors to constantly look for and present options for efficiencies
  • Use expertise to provide quality control and set internal expectations for all prototypes and finished goods; a successful candidate should have working knowledge of production design best practices and software
  • Manage schedules with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all goods deliver on time
  • Manage forecasts and budgets with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all goods are produced on or below budget
  • Build and maintain strong internal cross functional relationships with creative, merchandising, marketing, program management and procurement teams
  • Work with cross functional business partners to create successful hand off/workflow process; implement new processes when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our U.S. productions team based out of San Francisco.
  • Build and maintain strong external vendor relationships with established manufacturers and kitting vendors
  • Partner with Procurement on RFP’s in order to establish preferred vendor contracts
  • Partner with marketing and program managers to build and maintain a manageable workflow
  • Drive innovation through presenting new materials and manufacturing opportunities to creative and marketing teams
  • Act as a role model in approach to unforeseen changes and rush projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in consulting with internal creative, project management, and marketing teams
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of best manufacturing and kitting practices



  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or design degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • You have 4-5 years’ in a program, project or production manager or visual merchandising role within an advertising or marketing organization – retail experience is a bonus!
  • You’re energetic and a natural leader
  • You can forecast and budget like a boss
  • You can pivot on a whim, make your own way, and have an overall can-do attitue
  • You're a team player and thrives on achieving results
  • You’ve mastered the art of business communication and building relationships
  • You’re an Excel and Adobe Creative Suite guru – Smartsheets and Workfront/Proof HQ preferred
  • You’re game to attend local store setups and physically set up visual displays as needed
