As the Assistant Manager, Marketing Productions, you will partner with internal teams and established external vendors to bring the creative vision to life. Own production and distribution for printed materials, product merchandisers and custom branded goods. 


  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously across different business functions
  • Partner with established vendors to produce graphics and merchandisers on time and on budget
  • Drive cost savings by partnering with vendors to constantly look for and present solutions for cutting costs
  • Assist in providing quality control and setting internal expectations for all prototypes and finished goods; a successful candidate should have working knowledge of production design best practices and software
  • Coordinates schedules with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all goods deliver on time
  • Assist in managing forecasts and budgets with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all goods are produced on or below budget
  • Assist with management of production, scheduling and budgeting of Sephora’s marketing assets including but not limited to retail graphics, product merchandisers and custom branded goods
  • Partner with Creative teams, Visual Managers and Project Managers to execute creative vision
  • Partner with established external vendors to ensure quality manufacturing and distribution to stores and distribution centers on time and on budget
  • Use multitasking and attention to detail to ensure proper execution of complex programs including multiple components, versions and distribution variations
  • Attend and actively participate in all weekly and project-based status meetings
  • Proactively communicate any red flags throughout the production process and provide alternative solutions where possible
  • Gain estimate approvals and track estimates and final costs on budget tracking tool
  • Route colour proofs, prototypes and coordinate in store mock-ups as required. Collaborate with others on team to ensure consistent quality and colour across all areas of production
  • Act as a subject matter expert in consulting with internal creative, project management, and marketing teams
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of best manufacturing and kitting practices



  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • You have a couple years of experience in print production or project management in an advertising or marketing environment - retail experience is a bonus!

  • You’re an Excel and Adobe Creative Suite guru – Smartsheets and Workfront/Proof HQ preferred
