Gregory joined the Sephora family in 2016, where he was responsible for leading the Middle East region. Under his leadership, Gregory built a high-performing and engaged organization that established Sephora as the indisputable beauty leader in the Middle East. He successfully launched their digital platforms and channels driving loyalty, brand awareness and market share in the region. In addition, Gregory left an impactful legacy creating transformational programs that fostered women career development and empowerment.

Gregory has over 17 years experience in the retail industry. He began his career in the financial sector before moving to operations for Luxury Retailer the Chalhoub Group. Thereafter, he was instrumental in launching Victoria’s Secret first 18 flagship stores outside North America - across 7 countries in the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

A graduate of Neoma Business School in France, Gregory’s time spent in multiple countries has fuelled his life-long desire to travel the world. He and his wife, Charlotte, and their three sons embrace outdoor living and actively participate in running, skiing and other adventures. Life’s too short not to have fun!

Gregory is thrilled to continue his Sephora journey in the Americas now leading the Canadian operations as General Manager. A collaborative and inclusive leader, he works to build trust with his people, encourages diverse perspectives and authentic conversations that lead to strong decisions for the organization. Everyday he is energized by the brand’s passion and energy to evolve the beauty industry – captured beautifully in the brand’s philosophy that We Belong to Something Beautiful.
