DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a talented & digital driven project managers to join our Digital Team. The position is in the Ecommerce Team, so knowledge of web performance KPIs and performance campaigns is mandatory . We would love a team player, digital thinker and problem solver.

 

The day-to-day

Typically, a digital project manager will be:

  • Managing SEA campaigns end-to-end: briefing, strategy & reporting
  • Liaising and updating brands on the status of projects
  • Advising brands on cost, available resources, problems and solutions
  • Tracking the project deliverables and matching those with agreed deadlines
  • Reporting on success criteria for delivered projects by measuring results
  • Keeping track of latest digital campaign trends and analyzing digital behavior

 

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities vary according to organization but may include a combination of:

  • Planning digital campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery
  • Actively participating in supplier’s meetings
  • Coordinating the monthly performance campaigns with a strong focus on sales
  • Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones
  • Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project
  • Forming strong relationships with the suppliers and developing communication channels between the relevant parties
  • Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes
  • Analyzing the success of brand’s campaign, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence
  • Data driven oriented - Expertise in performance campaign optimization tactics

 

Key skills

  • Previously background in ecommerce companies, media agencies working on campaigns from initial briefing to delivery
  • Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics / Google Ads metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPI, Conversion Value & CTR should be your daily best friends J
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for e-commerce and digital projects
  • Analytical and innovative approach

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related discipline
  • 2-5 years experience in marketing, with at least one year spent in the mobile app marketing space
  • Demonstrated success in marketing a mobile application
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytic tools like GA, GSC, Google Ads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: English & Romanian
