The Opportunity:

Our E-Commerce Executive manages the execution of below the line marketing and promotional campaigns. They are part of the wider E-Commerce team and work closely with a myriad of team members across the business to seamlessly coordinate the end-to-end campaign management across Sephora’s own channels.


You’ll shine here if you enjoy…

  • Owning the e-commerce campaign calendar alongside the E-Commerce Manager, developing campaign concepts to run across EDMs, App, Onsite and Paid.
  • Campaign execution (working closely alongside E-Commerce Manager) for AU and NZ campaigns specifically across Onsite, App and Email.
  • Working with the regional creative team and design agency to develop clear and concise creative briefs, ensuring consistent tone of voice. Working on concept, through to copy and final artwork approvals. 
  • Execution of Mobile App marketing including Push Notifications and any gamification campaigns.
  • The setup of e-commerce promotions and gift with purchases, working with internal teams such as category, demand planning and logistics to coordinate.
  • Working alongside the CRM Executive planning EDM content and sequence.
  • Working with Marketing and Category teams on new brand launches and planning E-commerce support.
  • Effectively manage one direct report.


We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3 years of experience in digital campaign management or marketing
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in managing external agency partners
  • Excellent understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing trends
  • Previous marketing experience with a beauty and/or retail brand is a plus
  • An understanding of the importance of team culture and dynamics
  • Skills in strategic thinking and agility
  • An ability to display a history of executing end to end campaign management
  • Organisation skills, the ability to multitask and coordinate multiple campaigns.

  • Manages the Ecommerce Coordinator
