Brand Manager - Sephora Collection (12 months contract)

As the Brand Manager you will support to drive Sephora Collection within Australia & New Zealand by building and developing brand strategies as well as maintaining strong relationships both locally & regionally. You'll shine here if you enjoy:

  • Forecasting and reviewing of sales and margin in line with budget 

  • Developing, building and executing the brand strategy by tailoring to B&M and Ecommerce opportunities whilst maintaining an OMNI vision

  • Management of direct reports (District Captains) to execute and uphold brand standards and strategies with the cast through tasks, responsibilities and guidance.

  • Conducting store visits to ensure the brand is well presented and identify new instore opportunities

  • Weekly, Monthly and Yearly review of sales to identify opportunities, category trends, product trends, risks and opportunities

  • Planning, forecasting, implementing and reviewing all newness launches relevant to the local market

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, VM, Space Planning, Operations, Education and Regional) to ensure success of each launch and/or animations through regular meetings

  • Identifying and implementing best practices that drive efficiency and improvement of processes

  • Analysing local and international markets, identifying trends and monitor & understanding key competitors relevant to the Australia & New Zealand markets

  • Working in conjunction with the VM department to ensure accurate execution of seasonal updates, animations in store, drive relevant thematic campaigns, and review & maintenance of space planograms

  • Maintaining data integrity through product database, price management and product life cycle including the exit strategy for discontinued inventory

  • Managing and reviewing onsite maintenance with the life cycle of publishing, banners, videos and copy in conjunction with the Regional On Site team

  • General Category Management administration

 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years Account / Brand Management experience in a similar role- Ideally within the beauty industry.

  • Strong business acumen and retail experience

  • Advanced Excel skills with proven use of Vlookup’s, Pivot tables etc.

  • Keen interest in the beauty industry with a flair for trends and styles

  • Previous experience in a buying environment

  • A strong ability to manage and build strong relationships both internally and externally

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Very high levels of attention to detail

  • A sense of urgency with strong time management skills

  • Independent and able to work in a fast paced environment
