Singapore is home to our Regional Headquarters (RHQ) for SEA, the Singapore Business and our digital hub.

The digital hub was opened in 2019 and is a testament of our growth & commitment to the Technology & Digital Pillars. It is home to our in-house technology, engineering and e commerce teams who focus on innovation to develop our Omni channel customer experience throughout the region.  

OUR FLAGSHIP STORE

In 2016, we relocated our 1,200m2 flagship store to Basement 1 at ION Orchard. This store offers customers a new shopping experience including flashy in-store launch pads that showcases new product launches and demos; a glitteringly-refreshed Beauty Studio; and a stylish 2-aisle store design layout for customers to have more visibility of all brands from different categories.

In addition to featuring a wide assortment of new and exclusive brands, this flagship store also boasts a global-first for Sephora — a Kat Von D boutique-within-a-boutique concept, whereby Sephora ION is the only store in the world to carry Kat Von D Beauty’s full product range.

Sephora ION also celebrates its achievement of consistently being one of the Top 5 ranked stores globally.
